Rotary Joints for Calender Industry, BQ Series

Tengxuan BQ series rotary union for hot oil is a high performance rotary joint which is generally applied to the calender roll of paper industry machinery.

Backed up by modern technologies, the hot oil rotary joint possesses a balanced sealing and self-support design as well as uses high-temperature resistant bearing, insulation nipple and external cooling system, which thereby decrease the bearing temperature, increase efficiency and product quality and prolong the service life. Clients are astonished by the huge economic benefits brought by our products.

The BQ series rotary joint is available in sizes from 2" to 4" and can only be used in dual-flow applications. The hot oil union is rated up to 300° C, 10 bar and 1,250 RPM.
